Obituary of Wayne Edward Crimy Sr.

Wayne Edward Crimy, Sr; teacher, writer, manager, and amateur Mark Twain scholar; passed away in New Jersey on Saturday March 13th at the age of 76 from complications of dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB). He was preceded in death by his parents Emmanuel James, Sr and Julia Joan Crimy; his siblings Emmanuel James Crimy, Jr and Patricia Goodwin (nee Crimy); and his son Brian Mark Crimy, Sr. A man of broad knowledge and surpassing wit, Wayne is missed by all who loved him. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Barbara Ann Crimy (nee DiSante); his sons Wayne Edward, Jr (Ted) and Steven Christopher Crimy; his daughters in law Jennifer, Pamela, and Helen; his grandchildren Brian Mark, Jr (Mark) and Alexandra Lucy Crimy; his brother Daniel Francis Crimy; many nieces and nephews; and his dearest friends.
