Hello, this was my grandmother. Not a mention of my dad, not sure why. I tried to reach out to her last year and apparently i just missed her. I wish i would have been able to know more about her. Brad from Lorain, Ohio

Our sincere sympathy to you, Bob. Jane’s love of animals made visits to your place something to remember - Harry the seagull, always a new cat that she rescued, seagulls pecking at the door and 9 cats in Pennsauken during Hurricane Sandy. We appreciated her friendliness, her intelligent conversation and her love for you. She is missed!

'So sorry for your loss, Bob. Our grand daughter and Ron and I will always remember fondly our visit with you and Jane at Kate's, when she entertained and inspired all of us with those compelling stories of her life adventures. I was reminded at the time of how, as a kid, I always had wanted to grow up to be just like "Cousin Jane"--- a fascinating and intelligent and beautiful woman, who travelled the world. She was also very kind when I was sick for a while. Her prayers and support meant so much to me. Now, Rest in Peace, Dear One! We'd be there to help with her "send off " If the border weren't closed. Love & Hugs to you and the dear cats, Fran, Ron, and Keida

I echo the characteristics cited in other posts. In the 42 years I have known her I don’t remember an unkind word. In addition, my family and I have many fond memories of annual July 4ths when we overran her home and yard for a day each year. When the tradition first began the cookout always included her famous “Jane burgers” as we referred to them. We also shared a fondness for cruises with her and she kindly gave us a subscription to cruise travel magazine for many years. She will be missed.

Bob and Jane have been the best neighbors I have ever had. I spent many hours on the phone with Jane hearing about her adventurous life, family members and her many pets. I loved her outgoing nature and her love for all God’s creatures. She will be missed.

My buddy, History we shared through our family. Memories of Cruising, visits with extensions of the Family we shared our DNA with and talks about "the future" She was a beautiful person and now a beautiful soul and I am very grateful that I was able to share in that.
