What I remember about Uncle Ken is the backyard barbeques in Demarest and piling in the back of our station wagon along with Laurie, Frank, Nancy & Bobby and heading to an adventure - was it Catskill Game Farm? More recently, yes, his long stories and hearing all the news about his family. It was so clear that he was so proud of everyone's latest achievements. We will miss you Uncle Ken!

Our deepest sympathy to Dot, Nancy, family and friends of Ken.
Gary and I have had the privilege of being neighbors and good friends of Dot and Ken for close to twenty years.
We are better people for having known Ken. He was a beautiful, kind, and generous soul. His smile and positive attitude inspired us. We have so many fond memories that include plenty of laughs. He loved going to the beach, boating, shopping, the lunch buffets, concerts, and yes, even a circus after a day full of activities! He was always willing and ready to enjoy the day, whatever it held.
Of course, his detailed stories will always bring a smile to my face.
Last winter, while I worked from home during the pandemic, he and I would take daily afternoon walks. Often, on a cold day, I would be reluctant, but he would call me and say, " I will be outside waiting". What an inspiration!
I admired how he loved and was so proud of his family, he could hardly wait to share their good news with us.
He will be greatly missed, but definitely made this world a better place when he was with us!
With Love,
Roseann and Gary Rizzolo

My sincere condolences to Dotsie and all of Kenny’s family. He was a wonderful and kind man and loved by family and friends. I will always smile when I think of Ken. Hope he’s having a good long catching up chat with my husband Stanley. (who also thought the world of him). My funny memories of Ken, one was when he and Dottie stayed at my house in Bayville when a bad Nor’Easter hit the coast of Jersey. My dog Hutch had a bad habit of nipping the back of your legs. Kenny made great friends with Hutch and kind of bragged that Hutch liked him and wouldn’t bite him. Lo and behold, Kenny made a move towards me that Hutch thought was threatening. Kenny got a good nip on the back of his leg. So much for being great friends with Hutch. Rest in peace dear man. Steven and I will miss you very much. Love Chris, Steven and Faithy (Sarah too)
