Obituary of Fiorentino Gennarelli

Fiorentino Gennarelli, fondly known as Fiore, 81 of Tinton Falls, NJ, formally of Paterson, NJ, entered into eternal rest on June 30, 2024. Preceding him in peace were his parents, Frank and Josephine (Marino) and sister, Carol Pantaleone. Fiore's loving spirit is carried on by his loving wife, Nok Karnchanapee, who has been at his side for 43 years. His two daughters, Plair of Neptune, NJ and Susan and her fiance Mark of NJ. A son, John and his wife Lisa of Barnaget, NJ, his sister Nancy DeMeo and husband Anthony of Bayville, NJ and a brother Frank Jr and wife Carol of Austin, Texas. Two grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and many dear friends and relatives. Fiore served in the army, traveled the world, and was an Executive Chef for most of his career. He was a simple man. A caring and kind man. A man who was always there for his family and friends, as well as a stranger in need. It was in Fiore's nature to live his life with the philosophy that "everything always works out one way or the other." He'd often say "why waste time worrying, it all works out, just be happy." His encouragement, love and presence will be missed by all who knew him, especially his wife, children and family. A private celebration of life will be held in September. In lieu of flowers, a donation to your local foodbank/Fulfill of Monmouth and Ocean Counties in Fiore's name would be something he would have liked.
