One of my fondest memories while taking care of Tara was reading to her. I would bring a chair from the other room and sit next to her while I read. Many times she would quietly listen. She always seemed happy and content when I read. Sometimes she would fall asleep. We finished reading Anne of Green Gables. I chose that because it was one of my favorite stories, and I wanted to share it with her. We then started on the next of the series Anne of Avonlea. I always enjoyed those times together.
Tara was a sweet and wonderful person, and I loved taking care of her. She will always have a special place in my heart. I will truly miss her. I feel blessed to have been a part of her life. I send my love and condolences to her wonderful and caring family at this difficult time.
